How does IPL work?
The IPL device emits pulses of light energy that is absorbed by the melanin in hairs. Melanin is a pigment that is present in our skin and hairs, this is what makes our skin tones or hair colors darker. The roots of the hairs absorb the pulses emitted by the IPL device and are destroyed, reducing long term hair growth.
