Before you shave, simply take a video of your treatment area we can see how much hair you had before starting your PULSALUX hair removal journey
2. Take weekly progression videos
The videos should be taken before you shave each week and of the same selection of skin. You will need to take a minimum of 8 videos to accurately show that you have used the LEVIOR Home IPL device consistently throughout your 12 week journey
NOTE: If you are using your LEVIOR Home IPL on more than 1 treatment area, you will only need to take progress videos of 1 area of skin. At the start of each video taken, please verbally state the date which the video is being taken and your order number
3. Money Back Guarantee
So have you used your LEVIOR Home IPL every week for 8 weeks and you did not see a reduction in hair growth? In the unlikely scenario this happens, do not worry! Simply submit your videos to hello@pulsalux.com for your Money Back Guarantee.
4. Return and Refund
A customer care team member will respond to your progress videos and assist you with the return and refund process. All refunds will be reimbursed back to the original form of payment once the handset has been received and assessment has been completed by the team.
You will be provided with the closest return address by your customer care representative.
Money Back Guarantee returns must have your name and order number on the return packages so we can identify your return packages. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the package arrives to the team as we cannot be responsible for packages that go missing in transit.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Money-Back Guarantee is only valid on the PULSALUX LEVIOR Home IPL
- You must trial our handset for a minimum of 60 days (from the date of delivery) but for no more than 90 days.
- Please note: - All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset. - All images MUST have valid time and date stamps.
- If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.
- The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.
- For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your handset or how the handset is used.
- Please ensure that the detailed User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.
- We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.
- Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.
- We advise you to return the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.
- We ask all customers to allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse.
