PULSALUX will replace all products that are defective or damaged on arrival at no cost to the customer. We will replace products that are factory defective within 1 year of the purchase date. Just contact us via FB/IG messenger or drop us an email accessible from the FAQ icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Subsequently, we can arrange an appointment in our office located at 9A Jasmine Rd, Singapore 576582 for us to conduct the inspection and repair/replace on the spot. Alternatively, we can also arrange a collection of the defective product from the customer to be sent for inspection. Thereafter, defects will be repaired, or device will be replaced and sent to the customer at no additional cost. The collection process will take about 2 weeks.
